One focused dayFull-Day Design Intensive
One focused day. Meaningful progress.
A dedicated design day for focused Squarespace support, website refinements and creative work that needs more time and attention than a shorter Studio Support session.
Full-Day Design Intensive gives you a dedicated day of design time focused entirely on your business. Before your session, we’ll decide on the priorities and make sure everything I need is ready to go. Then I’ll spend the day working through your project in a focused, considered way and without stretching the work across weeks of back-and-forth.
What we can work on
It’s ideal for larger website updates, new pages, launch materials or a collection of related design tasks that are ready to finally move off your to-do list.
Perfect for things like:
Refreshing or restructuring several website pages.
Designing a new website page within your existing visual direction.
A substantial homepage refresh.
Updating imagery, typography and visual styling across your website.
Creating new website sections and refining existing layouts.
Preparing launch graphics and supporting Canva collateral.
Creating a coordinated collection of branded design pieces.
Working through a larger batch of website and design updates.
What’s included:
Up to 7 hours of dedicated design time.
Pre-session project review and priority planning.
A clear plan for what we’ll focus on during the day.
Squarespace design and responsive refinement where required.
Design of agreed supporting assets where included in the scope.
Progress updates during the day where needed.
Final checks of completed work.
A summary of what was completed and anything still outstanding.
How It Works
Before your Intensive
You’ll send through your priorities along with everything I’ll need to complete the work, including final copy, imagery, brand assets, links, files and website access where required.
I’ll review your project beforehand and confirm what we can realistically prioritise within the day.
The more prepared we are before your session begins, the more of your booked time can be spent designing.
On the day
Your project has my dedicated attention for the day.
I’ll begin with our agreed priority and work through the remaining tasks in order as time allows. The amount completed will depend on the complexity of the work, so we’ll make sure the most important pieces are tackled first.
Because this is an intensive working session, feedback or decisions needed during the day should be provided promptly so we can keep things moving.
After your Intensive
At the end of the day, I’ll let you know what was completed and flag anything that may need additional time.
If there’s still more you'd like to work through, you can book Studio Support, another Design Intensive or discuss a larger project depending on what’s left.

Before you bookGood To Know
Full-Day Design Intensives are designed for existing websites, brands and clearly defined design projects. They aren’t intended for complete website builds, full brand identity projects, advanced custom development, complex integrations or technical troubleshooting involving domains, DNS, email or third-party platforms.
The Intensive reserves a full working day for your project, but it doesn’t guarantee completion of an unlimited task list. We’ll agree on the priorities beforehand and work through them in order. If your project involves a more substantial website transformation, multiple new pages or a complete semi-custom build, The Two-Week Website may be a better fit.

That depends on the complexity of the work. We’ll agree on the priorities beforehand, and I’ll work through them in order during your booked day.
-
Please provide all final copy, imagery, brand assets, files, links and website access before your session. This allows the day to stay focused on design rather than gathering missing content.

Yes, where possible. If I need feedback or a decision from you, a timely response helps keep the project moving and makes the best use of your booked time.

Adjustments made during the booked Intensive are part of the session. Additional changes requested afterwards may require Studio Support or another Design Intensive.
-
Your Full-Day Intensive reserves a fixed amount of dedicated design time rather than guaranteeing an unlimited task list. I’ll prioritise the most important work first and let you know if anything requires additional time.
