What’s Not Included

  • You’ll need to have your branding ready (logo, colours, fonts). If you need help with this, I offer a Mini Branding add-on just let me know.

  • You’ll provide your own images. Stock photos are perfectly acceptable, and I’m happy to guide you on what types of visuals work best. If you’d prefer a more hands-off approach, I offer a Stock Image Curation. I’ll source 12-15 cohesive set of high-quality images tailored to your brand and website needs.

  • You’ll need to come with your website copy or use my content planning guide to write it confidently. If you’d like done-for-you copy, I can refer you to a trusted copywriter.

The Process

  • 01

     Discovery & Consultation

    Start with a complimentary discovery call where we’ll dive into your business goals, style preferences, and website needs. This helps me understand your vision and ensures we’re the perfect fit to work together. Following our call, I’ll provide a proposal, contract, and invoice to secure your project in my calendar.

    Strategy & Planning

    Once booked, we’ll kick things off with a deep-dive strategy session. This includes clarifying your site’s purpose, identifying your audience, and outlining the key features and functionalities you need. I’ll also share a checklist for gathering your branding assets, copy, and imagery to prepare for the design phase.

  • 03

    Design Concept

    Next, I’ll create a detailed design concept, including a mood board, site structure, and homepage draft. This ensures we’re aligned on the overall look and feel before diving into the full build. We’ll refine the concept together until it’s spot on.

  • 04

    Development & Build

    With the design concept approved, I’ll build your custom website on Squarespace (or your preferred platform, if applicable). This phase focuses on creating a functional, visually stunning, and user-friendly site tailored to your brand and audience.

  • 05

    Review & Refinement

    Once the initial build is complete, you’ll have the chance to review the site and provide feedback. I’ll make any necessary revisions to ensure the final product is exactly what you envisioned.

  • 06

    Launch & Support

    After the final tweaks, your bespoke website will be launched! I’ll handle domain connection, basic SEO setup, and ensure the site is mobile-friendly. You’ll also receive a personalized tutorial and care guide so you can confidently manage your site moving forward.

Some Q&A

  • I prefer Squarespace because it's user-friendly and ideal for new or established businesses. Handing over a newly designed website created with Squarespace is not overwhelming since it doesn't require a steep learning curve.

  • The duration of the website design process can vary depending on the project's complexity and the client's requirements. Typically, the process takes 4 to 6 weeks from the initial consultation to the final delivery. In some cases, it may take 8 to 12weeks.

    • A domain name isn't necessary to begin a web project. I can guide you in selecting and setting up a domain through Squarespace.

    • If you already have a domain, I'll provide instructions on how to transfer it closer to your launch date.

  • You’ll need to have your branding (logo, colours, fonts), website copy, and images ready before the project begins. If you need help with content, I can recommend specialists.

  • Branding isn’t included in my website packages, but I do offer Mini Branding (Brand Kits Coming Soon), this is a separate paid add-on. This includes a logotype, colour palette, font information, and a brand board which is a great starting point for those who need a simple but cohesive visual identity.

    However, for a fully developed brand strategy, I recommend working with a well-seasoned branding professional down the track to ensure your brand has strong positioning and depth. If that’s something you’re interested in, I can recommend trusted specialists.

  • Yes! I provide guides and you’ll be given a recorded video tutorial of your shiny new website, so you won’t be dependent on a designer for small changes.

  • Yes! I understand that investing in your website is a big step, and I offer payment plans upon request to make it more manageable. Let’s chat about what works best for you.

  • You’ll receive a 30 day post-launch support period for minor tweaks. If you need ongoing website updates, I offer Design Concierge for any future updates you need on your site.

    • My basic SEO services include optimising your website's structure, content, and images for better visibility on search engines. I follow best practises for on-page SEO, such as optimising titles, meta descriptions, headings, and alt text.

    • However, for more advanced SEO strategies, I recommend consulting with a dedicated SEO specialist.

  • I certainly do! Graphic Design Starting at $250–$500 (depending on scope):

    • Social Media Template Set (static Canva or editable designs) – from $250

    • Business / Thank You Card Design – from $180

    • Digital Presentations, Pricing Guides, or Lookbooks – from $500

    If you’re interested in any of these, I’ll provide a custom quote based on your needs.
