What’s Not Included

  • You’ll need to have your branding ready (logo, colours, fonts). If you need help with this, I offer a Mini Branding add-on just let me know.

  • You’ll provide your own images. Stock photos are perfectly acceptable, and I’m happy to guide you on what types of visuals work best. If you’d prefer a more hands-off approach, I offer a Stock Image Curation. I’ll source 12-15 cohesive set of high-quality images tailored to your brand and website needs.

  • You’ll need to come with your website copy or use my content planning guide to write it confidently. If you’d like done-for-you copy, I can refer you to a trusted copywriter.

  • If you require more custom code, booking systems, or third-party integrations, a custom build may be a better fit.

The Website In A Week Process

  • Day 01

    Project Setup & Template Styling Begins

    We’ll kick off with a clear plan. I’ll confirm your template choice, review your content, and begin customising the structure and setting up your pages, applying your branding, and starting the layout design.

  • Day 02

    Content Upload & Visual Flow

    Your copy, images, and blog posts (if included) will be styled and placed with intention. I’ll refine the visual rhythm of each page so your message and brand personality come through clearly.

  • Day 03

    Design Refinement

    With the full site now in place, we’ll focus on the finer details such as spacing, mobile optimisation, colour balance, and any soft polish needed to elevate the experience.

  • Day 04

    Review & Feedback

    You’ll get a full site preview and leave comments for your first round of refinements. I’ll make the requested edits and prepare the site for launch.

  • Day 05

    Final Touches & Handover

    Your second (and final) round of refinements is made. Then, your site is connected, tested, and ready to go live. You’ll receive a custom video walkthrough so you can update your site with ease going forward.

Some Q&A

  • I prefer Squarespace because it's user-friendly and ideal for new or established businesses. Handing over a newly designed website created with Squarespace is not overwhelming since it doesn't require a steep learning curve.

  • The duration of the website design process can vary:

    Website In A Week: 5 Days
    Custom Website: 4 – 8 weeks
    Design Concierge: One Day

    These timelines depend on how quickly I receive your content and feedback.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before handover.

    If you prefer, a three-part payment plan is also available, let me know at the time of booking and I’ll set it up for you.

  • You’ll need to have your branding (logo, colours, fonts), website copy, and images ready before the project begins. If you need help with content, I can recommend specialists.

  • Branding isn’t included in my website packages, but I do offer Mini Branding (Brand Kits Coming Soon), this is a separate paid add-on. This includes a logotype, colour palette, font information, and a brand board which is a great starting point for those who need a simple but cohesive visual identity.

    However, for a fully developed brand strategy, I recommend working with a well-seasoned branding professional down the track to ensure your brand has strong positioning and depth. If that’s something you’re interested in, I can recommend trusted specialists.

  • Yes! I provide guides and you’ll be given a recorded video tutorial of your shiny new website, so you won’t be dependent on a designer for small changes.

  • Yes! I understand that investing in your website is a big step, and I offer payment plans upon request to make it more manageable. Let’s chat about what works best for you.

  • You’ll receive a 30 day post-launch support period for minor tweaks. If you need ongoing website updates, I offer Design Concierge for any future updates you need on your site.

  • Once you’ve chosen a package, I’ll send a contract and invoice for the deposit. After that, we’ll schedule your project, and I’ll guide you through the next steps to bring your website to life.

  • I certainly do! Graphic Design Starting at $250–$500 (depending on scope):

    • Social Media Template Set (static Canva or editable designs) – from $250

    • Business / Thank You Card Design – from $180

    • Digital Presentations, Pricing Guides, or Lookbooks – from $500
