I prefer Squarespace because it's user-friendly and ideal for new or established businesses. Handing over a newly designed website created with Squarespace is not overwhelming since it doesn't require a steep learning curve.

Short answer: No.
The beauty of my templates is they come with done-for-you code and will not require any action from you, but, if you are comfortable you are more than welcome to add, change or delete any CSS. -
You sure can! To maintain the same look and feel, I recommend duplicating the existing pages on your site. Once duplicated, you can easily remove any unnecessary sections and play around with the order and colour themes to your heart's content.
