    You’ll provide your own images. Stock photos are perfectly acceptable, and I’m happy to guide you on what types of visuals work best. If you’d prefer a more hands-off approach, I offer a Stock Image Curation. I’ll source 12-15 cohesive set of high-quality images tailored to your brand and website needs.

    Copywriting

    You’ll need to come with your website copy or use my content planning guide to write it confidently. If you’d like done-for-you copy, I can refer you to a trusted copywriter.

    Note: I do use ai generated text as placeholders if required.

  • To ensure your website project launches successfully within our one-week timeline, please have the following items ready before we begin: all written content for every page, high-resolution logos and images you want to use, your brand colours and fonts. Having these materials organised and finalised in advance will allow us to focus entirely on design and development during the project week.

  • We’ll kick off for a clear plan. I’ll confirm your template choice, review your content, and begin customising the structure and setting up your pages, applying your branding, and starting the layout design.

  • Your copy, images, and blog posts (if included) will be styled and placed with intention. I’ll refine the visual rhythm of each page so your message and brand personality come through clearly.

  • With the full site now in place, we’ll focus on the finer details such as spacing, mobile optimisation, colour balance, and any soft polish needed to elevate the experience.

  • You’ll get a full site preview and leave comments for your first round of refinements. I’ll make the requested edits and prepare the site for launch.

  • Your second (and final) round of refinements is made. Then, your site is connected, tested, and ready to go live. You’ll receive a custom video walkthrough so you can update your site with ease going forward.

  • I prefer Squarespace because it's user-friendly and ideal for new or established businesses. Handing over a newly designed website created with Squarespace is not overwhelming since it doesn't require a steep learning curve.

  • Nope! The chosen template is included in the Website In A Week.

  • The duration of the website design process can vary:

    The Essentials: 1 - 2 weeks
    Signature Experience: 4 – 8 weeks
    Design Concierge: One Day
    Template Launch Ready: 4 - 5 Days

    These timelines depend on how quickly I receive your content and feedback.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before handover.

    If you prefer, a three-part payment plan is also available, let me know at the time of booking and I’ll set it up for you.

  • You’ll need to have your branding (logo, colours, fonts), website copy, and images ready before the project begins. If you need help with content, I can recommend specialists.

  • Branding isn’t included in my website packages, but I do offer Mini Branding (Brand Kits Coming Soon), this is a separate paid add-on. This includes a logotype, colour palette, font information, and a brand board which is a great starting point for those who need a simple but cohesive visual identity.

    However, for a fully developed brand strategy, I recommend working with a well-seasoned branding professional down the track to ensure your brand has strong positioning and depth. If that’s something you’re interested in, I can recommend trusted specialists.

  • Yes! I provide guides and you’ll be given a recorded video tutorial of your shiny new website, so you won’t be dependent on a designer for small changes.

  • Yes! I understand that investing in your website is a big step, and I offer payment plans upon request to make it more manageable. Let’s chat about what works best for you.

  • You’ll receive a 30 day post-launch support period for minor tweaks. If you need ongoing website updates, I offer Design Concierge for any future updates you need on your site.

  • No problem, I offer several additional services, like
