    This service is best for updates, one-page website, refinements, and focused support, and not full site creation. If you need a complete site, check out The Essentials package or a Signature Experience.


    Full Brand Identity Design

    I won’t be creating full brand packages or logos during your session. If you need help with branding, I have Brand Kits (Coming Soon) available separately.

    Copywriting

    You’ll need to come with your website copy or use my content planning guide to write it confidently. If you’d like done-for-you copy, I can refer you to a trusted copywriter.

    Note: I do use AI-generated text as placeholders if required.

    You’ll Be Responsible For

    • Squarespace Business Plan.

    • Any copywriting/branding/ photography required for the site.

    • Desktop and web licences for fonts.

    • Custom domain and/or email hosting

    • Stock image licenses (if using paid stock).

    • Plugin licensing (if requiring specific plugins).

The Design Concierge Process

  • Choose your preferred date and secure your spot with a 50% deposit. You’ll receive a welcome email, an intake form and everything you need to get started.

  • Once your form is submitted, I’ll review your website, goals and content. I’ll spend dedicated time prepping your design priorities, setting up files and mapping out a clear plan, so when your VIP Day arrives we can dive straight in.

  • We’ll connect on the morning of your session to walk through the plan, clarify priorities and make sure we’re aligned before design begins.

    Note: If you’re in a different timezone or unavailable for a live call, you’re welcome to send me your to-do list and notes via email instead.

  • I’ll work through your priority list with full focus. You don’t need to be online all day, but I do ask that you’re available for quick responses if questions arise as this will help us keep things moving smoothly.

  • I’ll wrap up any loose ends and make final refinements (no new tasks) then send a short recap and if needed, a tutorial video to help you confidently move forward.

  • It’s a focused 8-hour day of dedicated design support for your existing Squarespace website. Think of it as a design sprint with strategy behind it, and I handle the updates, styling, or tweaks while you focus on running your business.

  • You can use your session for a homepage refresh, adding new sections, refining layouts, mobile optimisation, blog formatting, or general design clean-up. I’ll guide you through what’s realistic based on your goals.

  • If it looks like your list is more than we can complete in one day, I’ll help you prioritise and suggest booking a second session if needed.

  • Not constantly, but I do ask that you’re reachable during work hours for quick approvals or clarifications. It helps the day run smoothly and ensures your input is reflected in the final result.

  • This service is split into two payments: a 50% deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining 50% due on the day of your session.

  • Yes, absolutely. If you have a larger project or prefer to spread out your updates, booking multiple sessions is a great option. And as a thank you, returning clients receive 20% off each additional Design Concierge booking.

  • A Design Concierge Day focuses on creating a lean, effective 4-page website that gets straight to the point. Think: Home, About, Services, Contact - everything your visitors need without the overwhelm. For larger, more complex sites with multiple service pages, portfolios, or e-commerce, our Essentials or Signature Experience packages would be better suited.

  • At the moment, yes.  If you’re on another platform, I may be able to refer you to someone in my network.
